Services

Ongoing Home Care

Ongoing homecare services refer to the provision of medical or non-medical care for individuals who require assistance with activities of daily living, but wish to remain living in their own home rather than moving to a care facility. These services can include assistance with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication management, housekeeping, and transportation, among other things.

Ongoing homecare services can be provided by trained professionals such as nurses, home health aides, or physical therapists, or by family members or friends who have been trained to provide the necessary care. The type and frequency of services required will depend on the individual’s needs and can vary over time as their condition changes.

Memory care

At Forever home senior care, we understand the challenges of memory loss and the impact it can have on both the individual and their loved ones. That’s why we have created a warm and welcoming community that is committed to providing the highest level of care and support to our residents.

Our experienced and compassionate staff are specially trained in memory care and are available 24/7 to provide assistance with daily activities, medication management, and other personalized services as needed. We also offer a wide range of activities and programs that are tailored to the individual needs and interests of our residents, including music therapy, art therapy, and fitness classes.

Palliative Care

Palliative home care service is a type of healthcare service that focuses on improving the quality of life for individuals who are facing serious or life-limiting illnesses. The aim of palliative care is to provide relief from pain, symptoms, and stress, and to support the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.

Palliative home care services can be provided by trained healthcare professionals, such as nurses, doctors, social workers, and chaplains, who work together to provide a comprehensive and personalized care plan for each patient. The care plan can include managing pain and other symptoms, emotional support, spiritual care, and practical assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and eating.

Respite Care

Respite home care is a type of service that provides temporary relief to family members and caregivers who are caring for individuals with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or aging-related conditions. Respite care can help prevent caregiver burnout and stress by allowing caregivers to take a break and attend to their own needs.

Respite home care services can be provided in the individual’s own home or in a specialized care facility. The care can include assistance with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as medication management and transportation.
